Connecting Wetland Flooding Patterns to Insect Abundance Using High-Resolution Inundation Frequency Data

چکیده

Abstract Flood dynamics are important drivers of wetland biodiversity. With current climate and land-use changes affecting overall water cycling, many ecosystems at risk degradation, biodiversity support negatively. This emphasizes a need for understanding possible correlations between specific hydrological conditions in wetlands, least terms species composition. In this study, we used high resolution monitoring levels insect sampling depressional to investigate inundation patterns abundance. Our results show that there is spatial temporal heterogeneity explains variation creates episodes downstream wet upstream dry conditions. addition, the variability was grid cells 2 meter’s resolution. There were also indications distance stream affected community structure. The findings from work local can create habitat conditions, which turn lead refuge habitats vulnerable condition. study highlights importance acknowledging quantitative methods when assessing relation communities.

An Improvement in Temporal Resolution of Seismic Data Using Logarithmic Time-frequency Transform Method

The improvement in the temporal resolution of seismic data is a critical issue in hydrocarbon exploration. It is important for obtaining more detailed structural and stratigraphic information. Many methods have been introduced to improve the vertical resolution of reflection seismic data. Each method has advantages and disadvantages which are due to the assumptions and theories governing their ...

High-resolution spectroscopy using a frequency magnifier.

We experimentally demonstrate a spectral magnifier using an imaging system with two time-lenses based on four-wave mixing in a Si nanowaveguide. We achieve a magnification factor of 105 with a frequency resolution of 1 GHz. The system offers potential as a tool for single-shot, high resolution spectral measurements.

Using Lidar Data to Evaluate Wetland Functions

The study objective is to extract HydroGeoMorphic Units in wetlands from LiDAR data estimating the required accuracy for assessing their functions in various hydrological and vegetation environments. Several Digital Terrain Models (DTMs) have been derived from LiDAR data with different point densities, ranging from 4 to 1 point/m2 with four interpolation methods. Then, the HGMU have been extrac...
